Master plan for phased development of 43-acre site
34,000 square foot complex

The monastery complex incorporates a catholicon and side chapels; public reception, meeting and dining areas; private work, dining and living quarters for a community of Orthodox nuns.

The master plan calls for phased construction over a period of up to 50 years as growth of the monastic community requires additional space. Land use planning was completed for a cemetery, pond, wells and waste water treatment.
