This house had to conform to the architectural traditions of a turn-of-the-20th century historic neighborhood while accommodating the needs of a modern family. The deep eaves, porch, generous double-hung windows and brick tie it to the neighboring homes.

Inside, the floor plan places formal living and dining rooms at the front on either side of an entry hall. The central downstairs space is organized around a spacious, open kitchen/family room facing a walled patio with swimming pool.

An exercise room and master suite complete the downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms for the family's three, teenage children provide them with individual private space.
