20,000 square foot renovation

FORMUS designed renovations to transform dated, 1950s-style interiors into a richly detailed, traditional Old World motif. New dining rooms, bars, wine room, board room and women's locker room, showers and toilet were designed to provide comfortable and stylish surroundings.

FORMUS also designed new architectural woodwork for all standing and running trim, leaded glass for doors and windows, and stonework for a fireplace mantel. Additionally, new hardwood floors, ceilings and lighting were installed, and modifications were made to the building's structure and firewall separations.
